Hmm. I always just remembered them by knowing what colors made what color **Red** + **Yellow** + **Blue** + (Red) \_\_ **Orange** \_ **Green** **[COLOR=#F8F8F8]IViolet**[/COLOR] Of course, then you have to add **Indigo** , which **Blue** + **Violet**. But it’s a funny word that’s hard to forget. Oh, and just for fun/testing purposes: **Richard of York grew bananas in vain**. **Roy G Biv** BTW, I hope the yellow I picked (#FFCC00) is as legible for you as it is for me. [And that the white (#F8F8F8) is as illegible.] ---

This poll is racist. Ultraviolet is included but not infra-red? You all should be ashamed of yourselves for voting. BTW I voted for ultraviolet. 🙂 ---

When I googled blue and indigo, they looked pretty similar. But Indigo seemed darker and more intense. Also, which blue do they mean in ROYGBIV? Blue can be light, or dark…there are so many shades. ---

There was no brown, so I went with ultraviolet. (Note also that there was no “clear” option, which would have been Maude Flanders’ choice.) ---
