Well, it did work there. I always assumed that these types of boards didn’t remember everything in a thread, that it linked out to the database to find the specifics of a poster. Therefore if you changed your name (Anthracite?) or your sig line, all of the old threads would show your new name, sig, etc., just the way it shows an updated post tally. All of my old threads continued to list Member and not Charter Member. That combined with my past difficulties with posting led me to believe that the system might not fully recognize me. My new posts here however, show that I am a Charter Member, so my subscription seems to have worked. ---

The word on the street is that your new status doesn’t show up until you post, but then the change is global.
