This Is A Test In All Caps

This Is Another Line Typed With The Caps Lock On.

This one was typed with normal capitalization.

THIS IS ALL CAPS AGAIN.

Wierd, when did this feature start?

wHAT HAPPENS WHEN I LEAVE THE CAPS LOCK ON BUT USE THE SHIFT KEY NORMALLY?  
tHESE LINES SHOULD BE ALL CAPS WITH THE FIRST CHARACTER IN LOWERCASE, LIKE IF YOU FORGOT YOUR CAPS LOCK WAS ON.
