Trying this out from my tablet . . a^3b^(2/3)c + d^4 + \*e\*^2 =7.645 657 \implies d = \frac {-f \pm \sqrt{b^3 - 4dc}}{e^(1.264)} Total gibberish, but I thought I’d give it a whirl. Is there a listing of the ‘backslash codes’, say a cube or fourth root? Also, I am totally confused on how to change the color of posted text. I’m not quite following . . . Tripler Man, I could use that ability to blue, green, red, or yellow stuff . . . ---

If you need a space, you can put a \ in front of it… `$\color{blue}This\ is\ a\ sentence$` produces \color{blue}This\ is\ a\ sentence hth ---

And if you want proper text: `$\color{blue}\text{This is blue text.}$` produces \color{blue}\text{This is blue text.} Not sure if you can get the font to match regular text, though. ---

Upthread, @Dr.Strangelove pointed out that a different syntax. I’ll put yours and his together, but to my eye his syntax is simpler. \color{blue}Blue\ text\ here \color{blue}\text{Blue text here} That is the result from `$\color{blue}Blue\ text\ here$` `$\color{blue}\text{Blue text here}$` Note that no backslash is required between words with the second syntax. ---
