Even if that link did work, it wouldn’t work. That is to say, you could force the board to turn that into a link, but nobody except you would be able to use it. If you click that link, your browser will look for a location on your own computer (that’s what the “localhost” part means) called “C:/Digital Camera Photos/Miss 001.jpg”. That’s fine for you, since you (I presume) do have a file with that name in that location. But if I tried to click on that same link, my browser would just give me an error message saying it couldn’t find any such file, since I don’t have anything at that location (and even if I did, it’d be a different picture than the one you’re trying to show us).
