Ok, I’m lazy and don’t feel like reading the Constitution at 3 am, but I thought the CJ of the SC was something the justices take care of themselves, as it’s really an honorary position; that is the CJ doesn’t hold any special power.

Also, just to have something to watch other than “The Constitutional Crisis of the Month” try [url=“[http://us.imdb.com/Title?0082382](http://us.imdb.com/Title?0082382)”]First Monday in October . All around I just think its a good movie. YMMV.
