Those stupid scientists who refuse to work on the particular miracle drug or treatment plan that will help me out. Tell you what, MrCee, you write up a nice grant proposal and we’ll shop it around to find a research hospital open to developing ball surgery. edit: istara hasn’t been signed in since June of last year, I hate to break it to you, lev. ---

Suppose testicle transplants were doable and you had an extra testicle added to go along with your current working pair. Do you think you would have elevated levels of testosterone? Or would your body simply decrease the amounts of testosterone production stimulating hormone that it produces in the pituitary? Could adding an extra testicle be the next big thing in enhancing athletic performance? Of course, contact sports resulting in a low blow to three or more testicles would be even more horribly painful… ---
