You have to be in “Enhanced Mode”. CMC fnord! ---

Tried enhanced mode still nuthin. What are they supposed to do in enhanced mode? ---

Clicking on a tag button, say quote, will open the [QUOTE] tag, click on it again [/ QUOTE] and the end quote tag appears. Click a couple of tags \*\*\* then the “Close All Tags” will close the open tags[/ U][/ I][/ B] Never use it myself! ---

I take the last though I don’t know if I completely understand it. Test of going to a SPECIFIC POST in a thread while showing the thread. [http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?p=7265004](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?p=7265004) Use the normal link from the Address bar, change the t= to a p= and change the final Number to the post count of the specific post in the thread you want to link to. 7265004 was twickster’s post. That VB code list could use a few updates. Like this trick and the {DEL} is strikethrough. Jim ---
