This past summer, Ford had a concept vehicle with the “Tonka” label on it. Any TVR really, but especially the [T440R](http://www.pistonheads.com/tvr/index.asp?storyId=5688) (they picked the wrong colour for it IMHO), you have to see it in the flesh to really appreciate it though. ---

I used to fantasize about getting an old Yugo, or some similar POS, so I could: (1) Throw away everything but the body; (2) Have someone build me a roller frame to drop said POS body over; and (3) Configure the resulting abomination with a Mazda 13B rotary in a mid-engine, rear-drive layout. Of course, it would probably have been impossible to license any such … vehicle. Hell, it might have been physically impossible to even build the thing and make it driveable. In any case, I never had either the time or the money to pursue it. The idea still appeals to my sense of humor, though.
