There is usually coverage of high-profile cases like this on legal blogs like Volokh, SCOTUSblog, etc., which do a much better job of explaining nuance. ---

The best explanation I can think of is that **Clothy** thinks that if the target of trolling is one person, or a small group of people, rather than everyone, then it doesn’t count as trolling. ---
