I just wanted to say thank you to all for the advice on my computer situation. It only took 3 days after contacting corporate to get a working PC in my house. They ended up installing a completely new hard drive, but left in both the hard drive I turned in and the first replacement hard drives so now I’m up to 3 hard drives (and over 1 tera byte) in one computer, which I thought was nice of them.

They also apologized for the delay in getting a working computer, and were very polite when I picked it up at the store.

I’m busy installing my VPN and work software and having a great big smile on my face just to have a working computer again.
