SRSLY! This is not snarky. This is a genuine thank you.

When, after a system upgrade, I suddenly had 33,256 To-Do items, I knew something was amiss, especially because they were all competed but two. I mean, I know I have a lot to do, but I’m not THAT efficient.

Over the course of three days, I must have spent five hours on the phone with six different specialists in the program I was having the problem with. While none of them had THE solution, I was able to synthesize the various pieces and parts of what each suggested and come up with a combo that worked.

Every single one of them was patient, OK with saying they were a bit stymied by the problem, and most pleasant – sometimes even amusing!

So, thanks, Tim, John, Dragan, Luis, Phillip and the guy in Texas whose name I never caught. There was a point at which erase and reinstall was looking like the only solution. Thanks to your collective effort, I didn’t have to go there.
