At last I finally found a picture of the banner. I don’t see what the big deal is, about it, but I’m still curious what the supposed violation is. I think he just had to get a permit (which may not have had a charge) and didn’t bother. They haven’t made him take it down and may not fine him. Huge outrage. Pasquale thumbed his nose at the law, and got a citation.
By the way, the chief complaint of Pasquale’s “Thanks for Nothing DNC!” Is that he didn’t profit off the convention. I thought Republicans hated those feelings of entitlement.

I open one thread hoping to join other liberals in condemning an attack on civil liberties. I am very proud of the few who have, and I’m not surprised at the ones who haven’t.
I want a sandwich. I could make it myself, but why can’t Kerry make it for me? Is Mr. Big Shot nominee to out of touch with the little guy to make him a sandwich? It really makes me puke that I have to vote for him.

Since the banner is still up and nothing has happened to Pasquale, I can’t imagine some relating of the events that would compel me to believe it was an outrage of civil liberties. You haven’t proved anything – not that this is an outrage, not that Kerry should even know, let alone care, not that I’ve been unreasonable in my non-outrage, nothing.
