I’ve actually put on close to 50 pounds since the accident that mashed up my spine 15 years ago, but without bariatric surgery, I’m not sure I’d be able to lose that much. Today’s task is to find gym shoes that fit my big feet. A store near here claims to have size 13 and 14 in stock, so I’m hopeful… ---

I recorded the episode “fly” during the Breaking Bad marathon, and it’s great and I love it and there are a lot of little parts I had forgotten about, but it makes me sad to think about how much I loved watching all these episodes the first time through and how I’ll never get to do that again. ---

It’s temporarily quiet - \*\*FCD \*\*has taken his folks to CVS to get a prescription. Shortly, I will feed Higglet and turn on a few lights. A big ol’ galvanized tee broke on the plumbing of the trailer that I lived in with Mrs. Plant (v.2.0) , that Mrs. Plant (v.3.0) and I cleaned and renovated and are renting to Mrs. Plant (v.1.0). What could go wrong? A took off work and replaced it with ice and water falling out of the tree down my neck. Her email sounded as though she were in Great Distress. She’s not sleeping there! Renting it for months, paying the utilities and for satellite TV, and she’s not sleeping over there! Oye. ---
