**Manda JO** and the other posters who suggested topics for my Writing in the Sciences unit. (Unfortunately, the thread was lost in TWOOMC, and I don’t remember who the other folks were.) Anyway, y’all helped me win first place in my department’s course design competition, and I’m very grateful. ---

SwimmingRiddles, I’m glad the Miracle Whip mask worked well on your eczema. I really hesitated to add my contribution because I knew it was far-fetched. Heck, I was taken aback when I read about Miracle Whip. But it’s done wondrous things for me and I figured it’s cheap enough for people to try it and throw it away if it doesn’t work. I’d like to thank Rilchiam for welcoming me to the Boards. I was a newbie then and seemed to be invisible. That really helped my ego. ---

Let’s see, I want to thank **Manda JO** once again for just being totally on point and always having something helpful to offer. I’ve been wanting to thank **RTFirefly** , **Jonathan Chance** , **Abe Babe** , **Weirddave** , **Newton Meter** , **Meek** , **Math Geek** , **Shibboleth** , **Munch** , **Pantellerite** , and **Spiritus Mundi** , among others, for just being a cool assortment of people, fun to do stuff with, and for accepting me into various groups of fun-stuff-doing people that existed before I came around. I swear I reloaded the page and made sure I hadn’t posted that first time before I did it again after I got the Server Not Found on the first attempt. But I guess I missed it, or something. What an idiot. So, sorry for the double post. Oh well, I realized anyway that I also wanted to specifically thank **Miller** and **Jack Batty** for being cool to me and giving me some really good advice when I was a newbie on the boards. I know right now I’m not exactly looking the part of the grizzled veteran, but trust me when I say I was even worse when I started out. ---
