I’ve lost track of what’s answered and what isn’t. Wouldn’t it be a little more organized to name your list and then identify answers by poster and their numbering?

Since I’m unsure, I’ll do my own little numbering and preface it with my first three letters:

ddg-1. There’s no double-lock defense
ddg-2. Mamma had the usual to say, that we should, please be good today
ddg-3. give me things that won’t get lost
ddg-4. We just come from such different sets of circumstance
ddg-5. It was the hexagram of the heavens
ddg-6. Born already ruined, stone-cold dead as I stepped out of the womb
ddg-7. Put on your black leather
ddg-8. Figured they’d kidnap a rich man’s son, make it in the world of crime
ddg-9. I wish I was a baby, I wish I was dead
ddg-10. Well, I know my banana is older than the rest
ddg-11. The wound is so fresh you can taste the blood
ddg-12. What good is spilling blood? It will not grow a thing

“give me things that won’t get lost”
_Old Man_, Neil Young.

“I wish I was a baby, I wish I was dead”
_Cold Turkey_, John Lennon. Huh. I did a search to check the song name, and apparently the same line appears in Bob Dylan’s _Maggie’s Farm_. Dylan wrote it first.
