*That* Guy Used To Be In *That* Band??

George Young, older brother of AC/DC’s Malcom and Angus Young, was in the '60’s pop group The Easybeats (“Friday on My Mind”).
Even though it’s a family thing and not a single person, this fact still reminds me of how the early incarnation of Spinal Tap was the “Four Lovely Lads”, IIRC.

THe easily recognizable steel guitar work on Crosby, Stills and Nash’s “Teach Your Children” was played by Jerry Garcia

George Harrison’s song “While My Guitar Gently Weeps” should have been named “While Eric Clapton’s Guitar Gently Weeps”

George also was involved in Flash and the Pan, best known for their song “Hey, St. Peter,” along with fellow Easybeat member George Young.

Graham Gouldman, one of the original members of 10cc, wrote hit songs for the Hollies (“Stop, Stop, Stop,” “Bus Stop”), Herman’s Hermits (“No Milk Today”), The Yardbirds (“For Your Love”), and many other groups. Eric Stewart of the group had been with Wayne Fontana and the Mindbenders. All four members of the group first had a hit record as Hotlegs (“Neanderthal Man”), but changed their group name to 10cc (for good reason).

Thank you, sir, for understanding this…
