# That squarish shape under Bush's jacket (3rd debate).

I’ve searched all recent threads, and news sites, and found no mention of that object shape visible under Bush’s jacket in the third debate. They shoved the video on tv news, but at the time they didn’t know what it was. The administration was mum.  
If there is a thread, I’d really appreciate a link. If not, does anyone know what it was? It was pretty obvious. It was between his shoulder blades, and somewhat bigger than a cigarette pack.

General consensus: We dunno. Possibilities include the earpiece, whether for nefarious purposes or not, body armor, or some sort of medical monitoring device. The administration has denied the earphone allegation.

You gotta be kidding! I searched GQ, IMHO, and MPSIMS. I should have known, I guess.
