First Lieutenant in charge of platooon… Worrying about the snowfall at a ski resort… Trains (miniature or full-scale) go horribly wrong… Repeat as necessary, and have coffee. ---

I used to have the “registered for a class I never attended and it’s now final time” dream, as well as another one, “WTF am I doing in this classroom? I HAVE my degree.” Both went away after I got a 2nd sheepskin. ---

In an interesting distinction, whenever I have a “haven’t been to class all semester” dream, it’s never an exam that’s hanging over me, it’s some sort of research paper that I haven’t started. I suppose that’s because I never found exams as personally traumatic as papers back when I was actually doing such things. I also have occasional “in school or walking around in public in only my underwear” dreams that I think are pretty widespread. Notably, it always seems to be briefs that I’m wearing, in spite of having switched to boxers in college. ---
