MAN, is it nice to see you all again. What a day! See that lovely array of 8 or 9 stick-on tiles on the living room floor? Right there in the middle, sort of just randomly stuck there–note I am saying STUCK again, because they are, in fact, very VERY stuck–those tiles? Yep, my four year old, with his conspirator, my two year old, decided to help Mommy decorate by laying down a nice little set of tiles. Technically, tiles that were designed to go in the kitchen rather than the living room. Then they stomped on them, to be very VERY sure that they “sticked good.” He is so very proud of himself that I have to leave them for a while, so I do hope everyone has a chance to admire them. Not that you could miss them, of course. [happy sigh]Anyway. It’s so nice to see everyone here, I can feel calm settling over my soul even as I look around at all the loving and comforting faces. Oh my. I believe I may start hugging any moment now… ---

If anyone is in the mood for suspense/thrillers, we can use the DVD player in the other room. I have several DVDs that I haven’t even opened…Panic Room, The Bourne Identity, and…something else, can’t remember. Let’s see…we need popcorn, m&ms, coupla nice comforters, an extra candle or two, and a jar of massage cream. Of _course_ I can do your hands for you…and your shoulder. Jack of all trades, master of none, though I do try. Would you prefer a little teatree for the shoulder, **bodypoet**? IRL, I bought a Peace On Earth candle from Bloomingfoods a couple days ago. That’s the one I’ll light, if that’s okay with everyone. I also brought back M&Ms…Jethro Bodine-size bags of all different kinds. Oh please don’t talk to me about girl scout cookies! I was cookie mom for our troop… in germany we do it differently… they send us so many boxes per girl and we get to sell them all! being than many soldiers were deploying, many purchesed them in quantity to take them with them for the trip. our troop sold out first! whew! so tonight we are getting a free pizza party for the girls. am I too late for the garden party? I would love to hang out. I’ve got a brown thumb, but I do love looking at beautiful gardens. I’m trying to get to holland to see the flowers one last time before we move this summer (still not definte!) are there any jelly beans? chilli left??? I’ve been hibernating… hubby’s grandmother died, he can’t get out to be with his family for the funeral. he’s sunbathing at the big beach without water and they won’t let him leave. I can’t go, my sister is arriving tomorrow to surprise my son for his birthday since his father’s missing his birthday for the second year in a row. his sister just cancelled her trip to stay with us in april for two weeks… so now I have to cancel hotel reservations! hope they give me my money back. I need more comfort… this is a great place… monty python… cool! I am up for anything to make me smile. nothing scary or sad… I like happy movies… anyone wanna watch seven brides for seven brothers after? I love that one! how’s the music selection going? how’s the list looking? are you really putting this together? can I get a copy? 🙂 that would be so cool to have something to remind me of this wonderful party! 🙂 I need some cookies… I don’t think I did buy any samoas (coconut delite now) this year! mmmmmmmm chocolate! ---
