Sweeping? Yes. Bizarre? No. He saw a resemblance between the writing styles of people who post here, and people who post there. He then figured that it was proof that it was the same people. That hardly seems bizarre to me, just a little over-reaching. ---

Personally, I think it’s bad enough to be reasonably assured that whoever those people were, they were most likely members here. They could search, after all. And although I understand that some of the people in this thread don’t like me, and might just as well say, hey no harm done, it stands to reason that unless you are one of the participants, you could be the next object of their cacophony around the cauldron. ---

I pay attention to what you say, even though I disagree with 95% of it, partly because you are upfront and open about it.
