Get with **Yeti** , he is our guide for the trip. I’m fairly adept at getting around Vegas, I just have to be careful not to lose the posse. I don’t even have a cell phone so I’m like gum on Yeti’s shoe. WSOP aside, this is turning out to be quite a DopeFest. ---

The wife and I will be in Vegas sometime that week. We haven’t finalized the dates yet, but this should influence it some. I’d love to meet up with y’all somewhere for drinks sometime. **Yeti** and **LVGeo** I’ve met before…looking forward to meeting some new folks too. In any case, we will be at the Imperial Palace. Or Saturday evening we could just meet up at the Rio. **Aholibah** and **Capa84** will just have to understand that we might not be there continuously the entire time. Plus me and **Yeti** have to put in some time at the MC poker room, sometime. It’s gonna be an action-packed weekend, for certain. ---

Yeah, that could be a possiblity too…or we can meet up both nights. As for the time in the poker room…we got Friday afternoon and/or an hour here or there on Friday and Saturday nights. It will be busy, but a hell of alot of fun… ---

Both nights would be a good idea, and we are up for the Thai restaurant. I just called the Imperial Palace and changed our reservations. We were scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday. Now we are in town Thursday and Friday. Couldn’t pass up the chance of meeting so many Dopers. ---

It’s off the strip on Sahara, but not too far off. It’s good and reasonably priced (which is becoming rare in Vegas). With a large group of people, we should probably call ahead but I’ve been there with 12 or so people before. Or we could just split up and sit at smaller tables. ---

Wow! I am beyond pumped at how big our Dopefest is getting! It’s gonna be so much fun to meet all you guys on Friday night, and a big thrill to know I’ve got peeps hanging around on Saturday to root for me! I do have a laptop and plan to bring it, but I know absolutely nothing about blogging. Where do I go, how do I start, do I have to pay? Man, I would lurve to be there to root you on **Aholi** (plus Vegas ain’t bad neither), but unfortunately, work takes me to Boston from the 28th through the 3rd. I would only offer this advice, which I believe I stole from **Duke** : chase skirts, not straights and flushes. 😃 and yes, I know you’re the hottest chick in the DC metro area.
