What the hell happened to the Canadiens last night!!! It was as if Price’s goof up killed him for the rest of the game…They’d better take this in Boston because my nerves can’t handle a game 7!

This is the reason why most teams wouldn’t opt for a rookie goalie in the playoffs. A well-seasoned goalie can shake that stuff off and continue playing fine. I think Price’s confidence is starting to break and the series could be in jeopardy for the Habs now.

Montreal-Boston tonight was one of the rather more exciting hockey games that I’ve ever seen. This is getting pretty interesting!

That 3rd period was insane: I had to see the replay on about three of the goals to figure out HTF the puck ended up in the net.
I gave up on pro sports when MLB had their walkout in 1990-whatever…bunch of overpaid jocks, IMO, dragging my ass through about 2/3 of a season and then not finishing it?
But I’ll still watch hockey if I surf across it, and I don’t care who’s playing or who wins. I suppose I should root for the locals (Dallas).

That was fun hockey. The Garden was rocking tonight.

This evening I decided to turn on Versus and watch somebody else play. Holy Crap that was a game.
Are we sure Zedano Chara is actually human?

I’m just tickled that there were enough Habs fans in the house that we could still hear them booing every time he touched the puck. That’s dedication!
No fair, I work Monday night so I’ll have to record game 7. I was hoping to be able to watch them win last night and move ahead. It’s going to be hard not to check the scores all night!
I remember when Chara first came into the NHL. He drew attention in the way a NBA player or circus freak does. I mean, the guy is 7 feet tall on skates. To be honest, I doubted that he would ever amount to much as a player, and boy was I wrong. I still think it was a huge mistake by the Sens to let him go.
And now we go to game 7. 1 game. Winner moves on. I’m sorry that I haven’t been participating lately, I haven’t been able to see the games! Game 4 wasn’t broadcast here and game 5 was blacked out on DirecTV, for no reason. I found out later that cable broadcasted the game, but I don’t have cable. Tonight I went down to the ESPNzone to watch the game it wasn’t being shown anywhere else. It was well worth it.
It all comes down to Tuesday, and with everything else in the Western Conference done, it will be on TV. I’m looking forward to seeing us kick the Sharks in the teeth, back to where they belong, on the golf course.
And the Tootoo choochoo has gone off the rails. Last stop the golf course. I’m glad, cause those bloody whistles were beginning to grate. Now to await the end of the Calgary/San Jose series.
And what the heck happened to Anaheim? I’ll stand by my earlier claim. With the defense and goaltending they had, they shouldn’t have been giving up four goals.
Okay Montreal. The puzzle before you reads C-H-O-K. Care to solve the puzzle?
As a Stars fan, I’m not sure if we want a tired Sharks or a rested Avs. Either way, GO STARS!
(It’s so much easier to watch game 7s when your team’s not involved)
Great Game. I was on Pins an needles through the first two periods. Now if only a couple dozen meatheads wouldn’t ruin the joy by rioting I’d be much happier today.
Can’t wait to see if Washington can pull this one out! Great comeback last night!!
