I received my first postcard from @JKellyMap about the Apostle Islands in Lake Superior in Wisconsin. What a bit of a coincidence - on both of my trips to Wisconsin, I had hoped to be able to go there but just couldn’t make going that far north work. Thanks for the postcard! @thorny_locust I’m glad the postcard made it! I’m always worried I’ll mange to muck something like this up! ---

My Granddad played for the Indians in the thirties. They sent him to the minors, and then he was dumped in eastern North Carolina. I doubt he’s got any postcards with his likeness. ---
