Gosh. I am so surprised. Fred Phelps takes advantage of an international-level (at least regarding the amount of publicity it’s generated) to further his message of hate, regardless of how mindless it seems to most people.
In other news, religious experts believe they have ascertained that the beliefs of Pope John Paul II are (mostly, at least; that whole “no female priests” thing is starting to conflict;)) in line with most Catholics, and forensic detectives claim to have found faeces belonging to the brown bear family in woods.

Look, I believe in the whole “freedom of speech” thing, but can we put that fucknugget behind bars? Or at least gag him for a while? Maybe cut out his tongue?
Better yet! A STONING! Let’s have a stoning! I’m getting the impression that Gawd would probably approve, at this rate.
This kind of assmonkey makes you want to believe there _is_ a hell of fire and all that crap, just so you can feel better he’s gonna be a-roasting for eternity once he croaks.

I saw ‘Phelps’ and my head got stuck on Ken Phelps, the underappreciated slugger from the Oakland A’s in the 1980s and I was in a loop trying to figure out how he got from there to here.

Actually, I didn’t guess who said it - my guess were the radical Moslem teenagers at [ClearGuidance.](http://forums.clearguidance.com/) But yeah, Fred Phelps would probably have been the second guess.
Phelps doesn’t even bother to explain why, specifically, the seven astronauts are in hell (except that they were, apparently, symbols of the “fag America.”)
