His priest said he’d let him know we asked. So he should feel loved. And he didn’t give me any details about why he’s been away, in case you think I’m keeping secrets. I wouldn’t do that… as far as you know… ---

Good morning, Mumperland! We were not hit by a tornado in southern Merrylande, so yay for that! \*\*FCD \*\*is on his way to work - just a half day, but it saves some vacation time. He should be back by 11, giving him time to change into comfy surgical garb. We have to be at the center by 1215. The whole procedure, from walking in the door to hobbling out, should only take about 2 hours. I need to take something to read - I don’t think I can handle 2 hours of \*People \*and _Entertainment Weekly_! :eek: Chore-filled morning ahead. After I tidy the kitchen, I’m going to mess it up making 'nanner bread. I also need to wash a load of whites, tho I can do that after we get home, since whites go in the dryer. And, as always, the cat box needs to be cleaned. Never a dull moment, I tells ya! I’m good with pool noodles, but not pool poodles - that’s just too wrong! And if he brings donuts, we might have to rethink the noodles. Meanwhile, onward into the day! Happy Tuesday!! ---

Now everyone has disappeared?? I know what it is - you’re having a party and I wasn’t invited. Well \*pbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbtt \*at the lot of you!!! 😛 I’ve got a load of whites in the washer, 'nanner bread in the oven, and a load of dishes in the dishwasher. The kitchen is more or less tidy.
