Ok I can go back through them now: 1a: 5 REM Automatic for the People (I think) 8 Smashing Pumpkins (have no idea of the name) 9 Prodogy (again no idea) 15 is some sort of Janet Jackson 1b I’ve already done, 2: 10 looks like a John Coletran album but not more then 50% sure 3: 19 Evenesence Fallen 21 looks like 50 cent 4: 1 looks like Queen 2, though I don’t have any of their albums any more 19 is Eurrythmics 5: 22 Metallica though I don’t know, Master of Puppets maybe 7: 24 STP Facelift 29 Blind Mellon These were done all off memory, and I think I own all of two of them. ---

I’m not reading any of your responses, because I don’t want to be told any of the I.D.s, because I plan to do the total geek-out thing and try to pin down some of these later, using my collection. (As Rummy famously said, there are “known unknowns” and “unknown unknowns”…) Like probably most everyone, I’m a lot better about identifying the artist and letting the album title fall by the wayside, even with LPs in my own collection. But, including LPs that I visually recognize and am pretty sure I can pin down the specifics of later (web searching is allowed, right?), and fractional credit for those I think I recognize but not to a great degree of certainty (unknown knowns?) my early tally is: 1a: 9 1b: 11 or 12 2: 13-15 (depending) 3: 10 1/2 4: 10 5: 9 6: 13 1/2 7: 12 1/2 Ooh, I just remembered what one of them was just now, so one of those fractions can be rounded up now… 😃 This contest would be a lot tougher if they included EPs and singles art… ---
