The cheaper Dawn (US$1.24 for 7.5 fluid ounces), on the bottom shelf at our Walmart, still says Ultra in small letters.

You’re not looking in the right stores. I have in my bathroom cabinet a 12.6 oz. bottle of Dawn “Non-Concentrated Simply Clean” purchased at a dollar store for $1.25.
