The “I can’t breathe” stuff is such a nonsense sideshow… by the logic used by some of the idiots here, every human who has ever uttered “I can’t breathe” was lying, and not, you know, trying to give some short indication that they were having difficulty breathing. ---

You only object to someone responding to the original statement. Did the medical report say that Garner’s breathing was restricted? Did Obama say Garner’s breathing was restricted? Did some asshole from Baltimore drive to NYC to kill any cop because he had heard that Garner had been choked to death? Would that murdering asshole have driven to NYC if it had been repeatedly reported that Garner had actually died from cardiac arrest? MSNBC, CNN, Holder, and Obama must be very proud of their efforts to prevent protester violence. ---
