In a book (Metzger’s Dog by Thomas Perry IIRC) the burglars mention that people always hide valuable stuff as far from the door as possible. I looked around, and realized I actually did that. I’ve since wondered if it’s universal, but not being a burglar, haven’t had a chance to verify. Still, if I were searching for valuable stuff, I’d start with the bottom drawer. There’s also the fact that if you start with the top drawer, you have to shut it before you move on to the next. ---

I don’t know where you are, but you could be in a position to be doing business with them anyway. Here in SoCal, Kroger is affiliated with Ralph’s supermarkets and Food4Less. ---

Ditto. I started off as mildly concerned when I first started following this thread, which over the course of the following two months turned into grave concern and near-panic over the threat to American democracy and the peaceful transfer of power. ---

You think multiple coup attempts stop becoming coup attempts? I think there’s a distinction. Any act of violence with political motivation is a terrorist attack. A coup attempt is an attempt to use any illegitimate means to overthrow the government or install certain people or groups in power. A coup need not necessarily involve violence although it usually does. Trump’s coup attempt started in November, long before the actual attack on the Capitol. ---

It’s not over yet, folks! According to the “people who have lost loved ones to QAnon” Reddit sub I follow, their Qs have now pushed the goalposts to March 4, which is when the original inauguration day was in the Constitution before it was ratified in 1933. They’re pretty sure Trump will be inaugurated then. ---
