I get a point for having her at #11. If I’d ranked them after last night’s performances, I would have had her at 12. She pretty much asked to be sent home. ---

Melissa McGhee is eliminated and finishes 12th, becoming American Idol’s sixth official Weasel: 2002: E.J. Day and Jim Verraros 2003: Vanessa Olivarez 2004: Leah Labelle 2005: Lindsey Cardinale 2006: Melissa McGhee Getting the full 3 points: RickJay, Yellowval, Reloy3, vivalostwages, MsWhatsit, Liberal, RachelChristine, Millit the Frail, Mahaloth, Eleusis, vaderspal, jsgoddess, Only Mostly Dead, Happy Lendervetter, Diogenes the Cynic, scotandrsn, Biggirl, follsguinea. A number of others got the consolation point for picking her 11th. Obviously, Melissa was by far the consensus lowest pick by the group. ---

Kevin Covais is eliminated 22/3/06, finishing 11th. Picking Kevin 11th and thus getting the full 3 points: RickJay, yellowval, mswhatsit, Mahaloth, Eleusis, jsgoddess, vivalostwages, scotandrsn, Reloy3. Many posters picked Kevin 10th or 12th and so get the consolation point. I won’t post any standings until we get through four or five weeks, but so far with the full possible six points - and therefore in a position to get turkey points next week - are all the persons listed above, every one of whom correctly guessed Melissa would finish 12th. ---

Lisa Tucker is eliminated March 29, finishing 10th. Correctly guessing Miss Tucker’s departure, and getting the full three; Millit the Frail. And that’s it. Nobody else picked Lisa 10th. The leader is now jsgoddess, who picked Lisa 9th for the consolation point and now has 7 points. Nobody else who got the first two eliminations right got a consolation point. Lisa is the first contestant eliminated who was picked to win in this thread. ---
