It seems kind of unfair how much the sucess of thee tasks depend on factors that are outside the players’ control. Jen is not responsible for C-Webb cancelling out. Kelly can’t control the rain. Jen can’t help if some fat little dick wants to berate her for the building’s power problem. What is _anybody_ supposed to do about that? Kelly’s logo problem is nothing, though. They’ll fix it and they’ll find another way to get a logo on the field. Jen is having to deal with worse shit than Kelly is. ---

Jenn’s doing surprisingly well. I think her comfort-level with her role is growing. Kelly’s is, too. They’re both getting used to the weight on their shoulders. ---

It seems like the Donald is judging these events largely on how things go for Mr. Trump while he’s there. I don’t think it should be held against Jenn if she was to busy working her ass off running her event to know that somebody needed to go say good bye to Mr. Trump. The thing with the box seats- a very sloppy oversight on Kelly’s part, but not really a statement on how he’s running the event. ---

Don’t underestimate Jenn in the board room. She’s got, like, Jedi mind powers. She had no significant fuckups in her tasks so she can make it close and Trump has been unpredictable lately. I think she’s got an even chance. ---

I think Raj was spot on, actually. Kelly is very, very efficient, but he doesn’t inspire at all (except maybe for inspiring resentment and revolt). I think he’d make great upper management, but he doesn’t have that _touch_ that a CEO needs (IMO). Jenn, on the other hand, needs to realize that there are some things a CEO just shouldn’t delegate. I think that might hurt her. ---
