They have to keep themselves relevant to keep themselves relevant. Just ask the Kardashians. That’s how Trump got himself all that free press. But I’m really liking Arnie as host. Yeah, he is still doing his Schwartzenegerisms but he’s not taking no gruff like Judge Judy. And she is a National Treasure. The annoying thing for me was all the advertising for Welches grape juice. They make the episode about doing a Welches ad and then every commercial break they advertise Welches. Again and again. Big Advertisement strikes again. ---

Wow, the second episode was a bit of a downer. Now I’m going to spoiler the rest because who doesn’t like trees that make pillows. Except the Keebler Elves who make cobblers shoes. Wow, the Ladyies lost again. They come off as so smart and innovative. So why can’t they pull this off. The dudes are doing ok but as I calculate they are on par with the Ladies content wise. Anyways, Merry Mondays. ---

I just started watching the new episode and they got Bob from The Biggest Loser on. I loved Bob on TBL. He was always tough but fair in my eyes. I know there have been claims of TBL pushing people too far too fast but I always felt like Bob recognized peoples limits and would push them just up to that. I’m looking forward to this episode. ---

Oh. My. Gawd. I Think I’ve just seen the greatest thing ever. I’ve been loving Boy George and his hats. The man knows how to hat. But he just came out with a hat with plastic forks around the top part, the part that sticks upwards. And I’ve been using plastic cutlery for years because screw doing dishes. And when I saw it I started laughing and woke up my cat and he gave me this look of disdain for disturbing him and it made me laugh even harder. ---

Dang yo, I just watched the Universal Harry Potter theme park episode and Arnie straight up fired Chael for his “cheating” by cutting the computer cord. Which I totally agree with but then Team Prima lost and then Porsha got fired for being wishy-washy and not answering questions in the board room and now they are down to only Carson and Lisa. I have a feeling that they are going to switch up the teams again or make one team like they do on Hells Kitchen. But man all that Harry Potteriness and Matts’ enthusiasm about Harry Potter brought back a lot of nastalgia for the books and movies. ---

The celebs just get money for their charity. But hell man Vince Neil got almost $800,000 but it was the money grab episode. They usually have one of those on the celeb edition where they all just call their rich friends and beg for money. I read somewhere that the non-celebs get to “apprentice” as basically a spokes-person for the show and travel around and do events for a year like the Miss America or Miss Universe ladies do after they win. I didn’t actually try to find out if that’s what really happens so take it with a grain of salt and your daily vitamin. Except Omarosa. She turned her Apprentice fame into doing more reality shows and going on talk shows and I think she even came back and did a second season of Apprentice.
