Tom Paxton’s Phil talks about reporters calling him when Ochs committed suicide:

They asked about Dylan, about MacDougall Street and Third  
Question piled on question and each question more absurd.

You don’t have to be a genius to realize that “Dylan” is a reference to Bob, but you have to be one to remember he first got noticed in the early 1960’s folk movement, same time as Paxton and Ochs.
