Astros gotta feel good about their chances after sweeping the Cards and with their last three against the Rockies at Minute Maid. They’re peaking at the right time and I believe are 33-10 since mid August. Phil Garner has come in and really brought this team up to their potential. ---

After all of the trash talking I’ve done with my coworkers, I almost feel like it would be justice for the Astros to win the WC. We can all be dejected together. But only if the Dodgers lose in the first round, those fuckers. ---

Is anybody from Chicagoland going to pit the Cubs? It’s 1:17 a.m. central time on October 3rd and, so far, I haven’t seen anybody do it yet. I thought for sure that somebody would’ve done it by now. Maybe all the Cub fans are still in shock or they’re all lined up to jump off the Sears Tower. ---
