I figured since we have a “Best Satan” thread, why not a “Best Angel” thread.
My vote goes to John Travolta as Michael in _Michael_.

I’m going to nominate Michael Landon in _Highway to Heaven_: He’s not swooping in with a flaming sword and making everything right, we humans still have to do our part, he’s just making it a little easier for us to do so.
Have there been any depictions of angels on the screen that look like the Lovecraftian things the Bible actually describes?

hmm has for the threads question maybe michael landon’s character from “highway to heaven”?
though im not sure if he was an actual full on angel in that. wasnt he working for his wings or sumthin?
though i just started season 5 of “supernatural” which ive heard great things about. so maybe soon ill change my mind to Castiel.
