# The best bite of food you've ever had is?

For me, it’d be the second time I ever had calamari. The first time was from the university cafeteria, and thank Heavens I realized that that wasn’t representative, and gave it another chance. The _second_ time was at a nice Italian restaurant, at some sort of celebratory dinner, and it just blew me away. It’s a shame it’s apparently so difficult to cook it right.
