Bacon Cakes: 1. Fry up some bacon; let cool until room temperature is achieved. 2. Crumble bacon up into small bits. 3. Add bits to pancake batter; make pancakes as usual. Also works well in Belgium Waffles. ---

Roast duck Steak or Prime Rib, it doesnt matter Crab Watermelons on a hot day Chicken soup with some noodles Oreos + milk And just because I’m asian, I have to say that one of my all time favorite foods is pig intestines. Nothing else quite matches the taste and the texture. Cow stomach comes close and I like that too ---

Molecular cuisine. No, I haven’t tried any Really, the best food is the one that’s not available in my area: ribeye steak, smoked meat sandwich, spareribs… and any exotic dish mentioned in this thread. ---

Fresh picked Silver Queen corn on the cob with lots of butter Tomato sandwich made with Wonder Bread, Dukes Mayonnaise, a fresh picked homegrown tomato and salt and pepper Beautifully marbled Ribeye steak cooked medium rare My Granny’s creamed potatoes and poultry gravy and of course bacon ---

Quejo da Serra (Portuguese cheese with the consistency of soft butter) Paozinhos (Portuguese breakfast rolls) Dao or Douro region red wine (also Portuguese) There is no finer feast. When the cheese is gone from the rind, one places cooked spaghetti in the rind and sticks it in the oven for a few minutes. Heaven redux. ---
