I’m a Democrat registered as and masquerading as an (kidding myself mainly) Independent - as I vote Dem probably 80% of the time and almost always in the national races. I could live with McCain. ---

Democrat. McCain. In fact, If it was McCain v. Kucinich, I’d vote for McCain without hesitation. ---

I abhor all the Pubbie candidates’ policy positions, but among them McCain seems to be the least personally evil man. However, with the Republicans personal qualities don’t really matter – no matter who you vote for to be Sauron, his administration is still gonna be staffed by orcs. ---

half-hearted Democrat here. I’m thinking Romney, BECAUSE he has no “stand fast” principles, kinda like Bill Clinton. He’ll make deals that he doesn’t personally like. Plus I think his platform will completely change after getting his party’s nomination – I would count on him to betray the Republican hard right wing. ---

As a Democrat I would prefer Chuck Hagel if he were still running. Among those still in the race, I prefer Mike Huckabee. ---
