Now, I pride myself on being a sensitive, attentive type of man, but I’m not getting this “I found your phone” bit. Help me out here, ladies; I don’t currently have an SO but I want to get things right next time. ---

On the shopping tangent, **cat** and I were once on a major shopping trip together–at least three hours. We’re startin’ to make our way to the checkout when he looks at his watch: “Wow. Have we really been here this long?” 😃 I flung myself at him in public for his wonderfulness. Other winners include: I love you [sub]biggly boom[/sub]. I’m not done with you yet. 😉 …and the heavy silence after I said “yes.” And all those previous quotes about doing the dishes. DG&R! ---

**sewalk** - Nice addition. I wish I could have added that in my original post, but my body, and consequently my fingers, were beginning to tense up and spasm. Every word and thought on that issue became more and more painfull to type as I went on. I consider myself lucky I was able to get out of it with only some bad code, a little soreness in my body, and nothing more. - Shopping for women’s shoes is the bane of my existance. The whole idea of it sends pulses of ‘fight or flight’ throughout my entire system. ---

My husband cooks, cleans, takes care of the kids, does laundry, goes shopping (although I admit, shopping is a family affair), and takes care of me. I work a full time job outside the home, and he works harder inside the home than I do outside. He is also, in my eyes, physically perfect. Of course, I’m a little biased. 😃 The best words I can hear from him: “I love you.” Even though we tell each other that all the time, he never needs to say it at all. A close second is, “Mommmmeeeee!!!”, screamed by our children as I approach the van when I’m off work. ---

I have to vote for “It’s ok babe, I love you no matter what.” or “I just wanted to say thank you for being you, just for being you and for making me smile.” And I don’t mind doing dishes… as long as he dries them and puts them away 🙂 ---

Lola says that my bursts of domesticity are extremely arousing, there’s nothing like me firing up the vacuum or taking out the garbage to get her all hot and tingly. I don’t even have to say a word but this seems to have a powerful effect… “Here honey, I’ll do the dishes. Why don’t you just go and relax for a little bit.” ---
