I extracted the other one this morning (she says it twice). To use it as a Windows startup sound, it will probably have to be in .wav format. It’s a [Dickey](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dickey_(garment)). Usually reserved for formal wear, though the wiki article actually references Wolowitz use of a turtleneck dickey. IIRC, Penny chastised him for wearing one to the fund raising reception last week. ---
