Like others have said they could use the kid sparingly or have it off-screen. Like Howard can’t go to some new movie opening cuz he has to take care of the kid and just never show the kid. Plus I think Raj and Stuart fighting over who gets to babysit could be fun like they are doing now with the decorating and putting the crib together. ---
