It’s a bit embarassing but I want to know if any other women experience problems reaching orgasm whilst drunk. I thought it was only a male problem?

**Geobabe** says yes. But we don’t drink anymore (WOO-HOO!) so this is no longer a problem. Alcohol is a Central Nervous System depressant. You lose sensation in other parts, why not there?

It’s a well-documented medical phenomenon that ethanol can lead to anorgasmia. Best treatment? If it’s a problem for you, don’t drink and dink.

No, that was a problem for me, as well. Quitting drinking led to more orgasms, which lasted longer. Whoooo!
(I must add that I saw the thread title and thought it was about Oxidation. Is now a good time to confess to being a geek?)

I heard somewhere that alcohol raises the level of testosterone in a woman…testosterone being the hormone responsible for sex drive in BOTH genders.

My first was like that, personally I think she had problems, cuz very few times was she ever sober when in the sack. Of course by the way she behaved, I’m guessing Enola Straight might be on to something. lol… but ask if I don’t miss that one…🙂
