Hi, I’m DeVena and … I want my book. What is it? 30 odd days now? Not going to the release party, but seriously thinking about taking a day off work so I can be at the door when the UPS girl delivers it. Come to think of it, DeHusband owes me for the 30 years of Star Trek \*One Weekend On Earth \* Convention. Hmmmmmmm. Nope. Just gimme my book. ---

I predict that I will receive the book between 08:00 and 09:00 and I will immediately open it and go and sit in my conservatory in a comfy chair and read it right through. I expect to be finished by lunchtime. But then I’m making lunch. 😃 ---

I predict I’ll get it at midnight, come home and pass out for a few hours, wake up and read straight through, eat, then read it again. Or maybe I’ll just skip sleeping and read it right when I get it. ---

Blasted Saturday release. Zero consideration for us Orthodox Jews. I’ll be making a trip to Barnes & Noble early as possible Sunday, and I expect to have the book read before the sun sets. ---

The bad part about being the fastest reader in your group of friends is finishing the book first and being sad over something, but have no one to talk about it with. Like when Sirius dies in the last book I called my friends crying and was greeted with, “SHUT UP, I HAVEN’T FINISHED IT YET!” ---

Then complain that DeHusband hasn’t read it yet, and I have no one to talk to about it. Then read through it again slowly. (Yes I’m one of those annoying people who nitpick.)
