Y’know, people do tie each other up under fairly innocuous circumstances – church camps, sorority and frat initiations, goofing around at the dorm, that kind of thing … but generally, there’s a crowd of people involved, it’s not just one person as Zalva seems to be saying. What the hell kind of cops they got out there in Iowa?
