# The Board keeps timing out

The board keeps timing out on me - usually while trying to load something from “[rubiconproject.com](http://rubiconproject.com)”. I’m guessing it’s an ad script?
Anyway, I thought you’d like to know.

Rubicon is our remnant ad provider. Presumably there’s a slowdown somewhere between your computer and the Rubicon ad server - once we send you the ad call, this isn’t funneled through us. I’ve inquired with our ad guy to see if he knows of any problems at Rubicon’s end.

Just got word. The tech guys installed a Rubicon script yesterday on instructions from corporate. Apparently it’s supposed to improve ad targeting. Anybody else having problems?
