I’m now thoroughly confused and conflicted. This is less of a **Rue** thread and more of a train wreck. I think we need a group hug and some milk and cookies. And maybe some flan, ya think? ---

I’m not really into flan, too jiggly. Maybe some crème brulée? If y’all’s arteries can take it that is. 🙂 (Milk and cookies would be nice too.) ---

Flan is jiggly? I thought it was custardy. At least the flan I’ve had is custardy. Not bad for a non-chocolate dessert. ---

Perhaps I had some sort of insidious pseudo-flan, it seemed kinda like jell-o. I only had it once and decided I didn’t like it enough to try it again. Custard’s last stand, as it were. [sub]Ok, ok. No, **dwyr** , I’m at work on a Saturday night, too. I was here this morning and I’ll be here tomorrow night, too. And then all week. It’s our busy season, but at least I get paid overtime! 😃 You bring the cookies and/or flan, **Snickers** , and I’ll bring this odd-sounding-but-really-REALLY-yummy dessert I made up. You make a graham cracker crust (don’t bake it, just stick it in the freezer for a half hour or so), break it into pieces, put some Cool Whip and some fresh berries out, and let everyone mix them to their own taste. It’s about the best thing I’ve ever had! (That surprised me, because there’s no chocolate in it.) It’s perfect for summertime, because you don’t have to turn the oven on. \*Let it be known that I am not normally a Cool Whip kind of girl.
