By the way, since people brought it up: 1. I’m the only Emory professor on the Volokh Conspiracy: the others are law professors from UCLA, George Mason, Case Western, Georgetown, Northwestern, etc. 2. Someone said “I doubt anyone at the [Washington] Post is reading the articles carefully.” – no one at the Washington Post reads the articles at all before they go up: the WP has no editorial control over the content of the Volokh Conspiracy. - Sasha ---

Even if it is, many many other animals and foodstuffs got their before it, so it’s not fourth. ---
