BTW, I saw that disgusting commercial again last night - JUST AS I WAS TURNING OFF THE TV TO GO TO BED! It’s a sign. I must build a moat full of rottweilers. ---

I dunno, it seems to me that the BK head thing has passed it’s prime. They’re never going to make another commercial with the same mindfuckness as Hootie singing about the Chicken Ranch (or whatever the sandwich was called). ---

I can’t fathom what BK is up to with this. They have a strange mascot with a retarded-looking smile frozen onto his face who acts like a serial killer in training in one set of ads and another set (which is on a break right now) set in an office workplace. The office is grey, grim and lifeless while the employees are cruel assholes who pick on the little guy in every ad. The hamburgers look like garbage that hasn’t been thrown out yet. The whole thing is simply depressing. Now which of these ads in any way makes anyone want to go to BK? Does this shit make anyone hungry? Do people say “let’s head over to BK and see if that creepy fucker is handing out candy to children?” ---

I think there should be a Support group or Class Action Law suit. The BK king is EVIL and SCARY stuff. ---

Those creepy ads don’t make me remember Burger King when I’m going for hamburgers. They’re stunning horrible ads, enough to make me question reality and sit slack-jawed for a good minute or so. Then I note that I will still not buy their nasty fake-charcoal burgers, now \*especially, \* because of the ads. Not exactly what the ad people were aiming for, I’ll bet. They’re crying over that, for sure. That is, until we get that class action lawsuit going. ---

Has anyone seen that new commercial that’s like King Kong? Except it’s a gigantic Burger King outside the lady’s window? HOLY MOTHER OF SHITTING-MY-PANTS TERROR. Is it - is it LEGAL to show that? Somewhere, I bet like 600 people had a seizure when that commercial came on. I bet a few old people had a stroke. My sphincter clenched and it was all I could do to not blast out a fear turd. ---

My youngest brother feels pretty much the same way. I think the ones where the focus is really on the King’s face - like the first ad - are a lot creepier. ---

I _really_ loathe it! There’s just something about that maniacal, unmoving grin that gives me the creeps, and it’s markedly worse when I see it in supersized like that!
