I’m going to MTL next week for an Alouettes game. All this talk of smoked meat…I think another pilgrimage to Schwarz’s is in order! Get the fattiest cut for a sandwich, with fries and a slaw, and a cherry soda so they know you’re a good mensch. 😉 ---

On Friday 26 August 2005, I faxed a cease and desist letter to an outfit in New Orleans that was operating illegally in Ontario. The outfit did not make it through the weekend. I never knew I had so much power! BWAAAHAAAHAAAHAA! ---

They’ve been hanging banners on overpasses on our major roads over the summer. Slows traffic on the Deerfoot horribly. Because they are standing there holding them, it’s “legal” and the police can’t do anything about it. My girl noticed once (they were on Bow) but she didn’t get a good look at the pics. “What’s that picture? Who are those people, mama?” “Idiots - don’t pay any attention” ---
